Give the approval DialogContent the same flex-column + max-h-[88vh] + overflow-hidden layout used by the ask modal. The header and footer are pinned (shrink-0 + border), the command body scrolls independently, and the code block itself caps at 50vh to keep the Approve/Deny buttons always visible.
