9716e1eA2UI was already implemented as a standard built-in tool, but the shipped defaults and docs still treated it as an opt-in feature. This flips the harness default on, updates the docs and skill contract to describe the provider-agnostic behavior, and adds regression coverage for the default config plus non-Google tool exposure. Constraint: A2UI must remain disableable per config layer and environment override Rejected: Add provider-specific allowlists | the runtime already exposes A2UI through the shared toolbelt Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Reversibility: clean Directive: Keep A2UI on the shared built-in tool path for all models unless a runtime proves it cannot accept the tool schema Tested: bun test test/config.test.ts test/tools.test.ts test/tools/a2ui.test.ts; bun run typecheck; bun test Not-tested: Manual desktop interaction with a non-Google model
