The sidebar panel is a summary; a 40-agent run needs somewhere to actually look.
Each run card is now a button opening a window-in-window with a stat strip
(agents / done / failed / cost), phases grouped in meta.phases declaration order
with per-phase rollups, one row per agent showing state, cost and child session
id, and the full log rather than the last three lines.

The dialog reads its run back out of the live list by runId instead of holding
the object: progress events replace runs wholesale, so a captured copy would
freeze mid-run.
