Add regression coverage for JSON-RPC init/approval fail-closed paths,
malformed receipt replay, tool-call failure detection, session hydration
replay filters, Google multimodal guidance, import workspace mapping,
and task artifact read permissions. Unflake composer draft prune fixtures
against the 30-day max age.
