8110a59* fix(desktop): allow Files panel to browse global one-off chat session dirs Global "New chat" sessions run with their cwd under ~/.cowork/chats/<session>, which the server already trusts as a valid thread workspace. Those directories are not persisted as project workspace roots, so the desktop Files panel and the web fs routes rejected desktop:listDirectory / /cowork/fs/* for the chat cwd with "path is outside allowed workspace roots". Always include the one-off chats root (~/.cowork/chats) in the file-panel allowlist, mirroring how save-export and reveal already augment workspace roots with other ~/.cowork locations. Also drop the now-redundant empty-roots guard in listDirectory so chat-only sessions list correctly.
