- Remove dead --sidebar*/--color-sidebar* tokens from styles.css (no
  consumers; theme-bridge already maps --color-sidebar via --surface-sidebar)
- Tokenize Univer spreadsheet surfaces: bg-white -> bg-[var(--surface-spreadsheet)]
- Compose shadcn primitives at call sites: attach-files button -> Button
  (ghost/icon) in ChatComposer + NewChatLanding; A2ui text field/area ->
  Input/Textarea (agent-driven select kept native: NativeSelect is w-fit and
  Radix Select crashes on empty-value options)
