feat(mcp): persist OAuth client info and auth server URL

- Move @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to production dependencies
- Store and resolve OAuth client information (clientId, clientSecret)
- Track authorization server URL from discovery phase
- Pass persisted client info and auth server URL to OAuth provider
- Add readMCPServerOAuthClientInformation and setMCPServerOAuthClientInformation helpers
- Update MCP server add/rename/remove flows for new credential fields
- Update tests for OAuth provider changes
