Remove duplicate Gemini config; update desktop app

Remove the duplicated "chromedevtools" entry from .gemini/settings.json to clean up configuration. Apply various updates to the desktop Electron app (main.ts, windowEnhancements, index.html, package.json, styles/tokens.css) and refresh bun.lock files to align dependency state with the code changes. These changes tidy config and keep the lockfiles in sync with the desktop app updates.
