Providers page: each provider is now its own card with unified
"Connected"/"Not connected" status labels, friendlier copy ("Click to
set up", "Sign in"), chevron expand icons, and labeled model chips.
Workspaces page: reorganized into four focused cards (Active workspace,
Model, Behavior, Advanced). Renamed "YOLO mode" to "Auto-approve
commands", added MCP description, moved Remove workspace to Advanced
section away from selection, consolidated Developer mode into Behavior,
and display proper provider names (OpenAI not "openai") in dropdowns.
