An OAuth connector that has not been signed in yet is a to-do, not a
failure. The collapsed row now shows a clickable amber Authenticate pill
that starts the OAuth flow instead of a red failed-validation icon, the
expanded panel promotes Sign in to the primary action with the
paste-a-code fallback tucked behind a more menu, and a failed
connection check reads "Waiting for sign-in" until authentication
completes. Genuine failures on authenticated servers still show as
failures. Dropdown menus portal to an explicit document.body container
so they mount under the Bun test harness, matching the dialog pattern.
