Add fail-closed regression coverage for installRuntimeArchive SHA/checksum/
already-installed gates, HTTP JSON-RPC response timeout (with injectable
responseTimeoutMs), session-backup create/restore containment and mismatched
session reuse, MCP invalid client/tool schemas, and provider API-key connect
exceptions. Also stabilize research-readiness bridge + canary mobile lockfile.
