Phase 6 of the Bun-native migration: adds src/utils/hash.ts (streaming
sha256 file hashing) used by the ripgrep and codex asset checksums, converts
the multi-offer subprotocol test to Bun's native WebSocket client, and
records implementation status plus deferred follow-ups in the plan doc.
