The absolute wrapper div around the archive button + overflow menu sat on
top of the thread-row Button with default pointer-events. Clicking that
region hit the inert wrapper (or its pointer-events-none children) instead
of the underlying select-thread button, so the click did nothing.

- SidebarOneOffChatItem / SidebarWorkspaceItem: add pointer-events-none to
  the wrapper so clicks pass through to the row; each inner control already
  re-enables its own pointer-events on hover/focus-within.
- ThreadOverflowMenu: keep the trigger pointer-active + visible while the
  menu is open (data-[state=open]:*) so click-to-dismiss still works.
