Adds Appendix covering TUI-specific overbuilding:
- ThemeProvider: 1,460 lines of hardcoded color data (extract to JSON)
- SyncProvider: 1,314-line monolith handling 6+ concerns
- 9 nested context providers (consolidate to 4)
- ~1,000 lines for prompt text input (7 files)
- Custom UI dialog primitives duplicating OpenTUI built-ins

Grand total: ~14,850 lines audited, ~7,400 reducible (~50%).
