The collapsed-row Authenticate pill only rendered for authMode
"missing" or "oauth_pending", so a connector whose OAuth authorization
had expired (authMode "error") showed no sign-in affordance next to the
enable toggle — re-auth required expanding the row to reach Sign in.
The resolver only emits "error" for OAuth servers when re-authorization
is required, so treat it as a sign-in to-do like the other two states.
