Keep citation popover actions keyboard reachable, make drop announcements reflect actual ingestion outcomes, preserve onboarding when dismissal confirmation fails, delay completion announcements until the thread is idle, and let IME Enter commit spreadsheet text. Add focused regression coverage for each review cluster.
