3d862e2Keep the default packaged server entrypoint from eagerly parsing the mobile H3 and X.509 dependency path by loading mobile H3 only when it is explicitly enabled and preserving dynamic imports as adjacent Bun chunks. Update the Windows ARM64 bundled-runtime server binary path to use the shared Bun bundle helper so release and standalone packaging copy those chunks consistently. Verification: bun test; bun test test/releaseBuildUtils.test.ts; bun run typecheck; bun run docs:check; COWORK_BUILD_PLATFORM=win32 COWORK_BUILD_ARCH=arm64 bun run build:desktop-resources; bundled entrypoint smoke with --json.
