Repository bytes are LF for all text files on every platform (Biome already
mandates lineEnding=lf; build fingerprints hash bytes; the suite must run
identically on Windows/macOS/Linux). .bat/.cmd stay CRLF for cmd.exe label
parsing; binary assets exempted. See docs/platform-abstraction-plan.md Phase 0.
