Bans process.platform, os.platform/homedir/tmpdir/arch, Bun.which, and
path.win32/posix selection outside src/platform/**. 263 files / 1256
occurrences grandfathered; counts may only shrink. Regenerate with
PLATFORM_BOUNDARY_UPDATE=1 bun test test/platform-boundary.test.ts.
