Add regression coverage for runtime watcher start-failure/error fail-closed
behavior, concurrent verification coalescing, product analytics app_started/
app_updated captures, and SessionMetadataManager clear+set mutual exclusion.
Also stabilize research-readiness under process-isolated desktop tests and
refresh the canary mobile lockfile.
