Remove private React Fiber assertions and verify streamed transitions, sibling stability, inline fallback, and console output through public behavior only.

Merge PR #253 first, then rebase this branch and preserve the unconditional reasoning hook plus per-activity boundary while resolving the three overlapping chat files.
