style: biome format pre-existing repo drift to green the lint lane

CI's `bun run check` (lint + format) was failing on pre-existing format/
import drift in files unrelated to this PR (main was red for the same
reason). Apply Biome's safe fixes (formatting + import sorting) repo-wide so
the Lint lane passes. Formatting-only — no behavior change (typecheck + full
test suite green).
