Enable reordering of workspaces via drag (framer-motion Reorder) and keyboard (Alt/Meta + ArrowUp/ArrowDown). Adds a new setWorkspacesOrder store action (persisted) and helper utilities applyWorkspaceOrder and swapSidebarItemsById to compute/reuse ordering efficiently. Refactors Sidebar into smaller workspace item component, wire up drag controls and keyboard move handling, and adjust styles for reorderable workspace rows and thread-region transitions. Tests updated/added to cover ordering behavior and jsdom timing; minor cleanup to related helpers and docs noting framer-motion/jsdom animation considerations.
