1cc5398Promote the post-1.1.3 user-facing changes (remote plugin marketplace, dead-code sweep) into the 1.1.4 section and bump package versions across root, desktop, and harness. Verification: - bun run docs:check — OK - bun run typecheck — OK - bun test --max-concurrency 1 — 4147 pass, 0 fail, 4 pre-existing skips (full suite, 46.9s) - Desktop plugin catalog and token/UI tests exercised the marketplace and post-sweep surfaces.
