feat(a2ui,desktop): phase 2 wire client-side action dispatch

- dispatchA2uiAction store action calls cowork/session/a2ui/action
- Add A2uiActionDispatcher to A2uiRenderer; Button now fires click, TextField fires submit on Enter + change on blur, Checkbox fires change
- A2uiSurfaceCard binds the dispatcher to the active thread via the store
- Interactive controls stay disabled for deleted surfaces or when no thread is selected
