feat(desktop): view subagent runs in a read-only slide-over

Opening a subagent from the context sidebar or a workflow run no longer takes over the main chat view. A translucent panel slides in from the right and live-follows the run transcript with no composer or interaction inputs, while the selected chat stays put. The agent session resumes over JSON-RPC without thread selection so events keep streaming into the viewer.
