fix(desktop): discard stale workspace responses

Keep session refreshes owned by the latest request and reject replies from replaced sockets. Bootstrap shares an initiating read, survives caller cancellation, and cannot reclaim a disposed workspace or report readiness before queued bootstrap work finishes.

Added delayed-response, cold-connection, cancellation, replay, and disposal regressions. The unchanged real WebSocket integration and full project test suite pass.
