fix(desktop): reconnect selected threads after hydration

Restore the direct selectThread flow to reconnect after transcript hydration so selecting a sidebar thread re-establishes the live JSON-RPC thread connection. Skip the extra workspace-selection hop in this path because workspace selection now performs its own hydration pass and would otherwise double-enter the flow.
