Renames the full-suite batch size constant and applies per-file test isolation across all platforms by adding `--max-concurrency=1` for full runs, with updated runner tests to cover the new behavior. It also replaces ad hoc `realpath` normalization with `canonicalizeSync` in server path-boundary code and file-change monitoring for consistent canonical paths, and hardens the workspace watcher test on Windows with a brief arm delay plus a size check to avoid racey false positives.
