Bump project and desktop versions to 1.2.0 (package.json, apps/desktop/package.json, bun.lock) and add a 1.2.0 entry to CHANGELOG.md (2026-06-26). Notes include added composer reasoning effort controls (persisted across workspace defaults/sessions) and a fix routing Codex clarification prompts via the AskUserQuestion tool instead of unavailable request_user_input.
