- DetailPanelChrome shows the item's identity (repo name + description) in
the sticky header instead of a generic "Preview" label; RepositoryHomeContent
gains showIdentity to avoid duplicating it in the body.
- Skeleton fallback uses skeleton bars for the header (no literal "Preview").
- Remove the Suspense key so switching previews keeps the previous one on
screen during the transition (no flash); skeleton only on first cold open.
- Panel animates out the same way it animates in (detail-out keyframes), and
collapses its width to 0 at the same rate so the master list grows in to
fill the space smoothly; duration-based close respects reduced motion.
- Re-add agentation (dev-only feedback toolbar).
