Adds apps/playground (Next.js 16, port 3004) - a Cabinet-style docs
surface for @workspace/ui. Sidebar nav grouped by category, per-component
pages with live preview frames, copy-to-clipboard source blocks, and
light/dark theme toggle. Examples for 26 components plus a 'Soon'
placeholder for Sidebar.
