fix: ignore git temp files during repo storage sync

Post-push sync was failing with ENOENT on objects/bitmap-ref-tips_*
tempfiles created during multi-pack bitmap writes, which surfaced as
HTTP 500 even after receive-pack had already updated the bare repo.
