Checkpoints are indexed off Entire's metadata branch, so a local database
only has them if someone actually pushed agent work. This writes the rows
the indexer would, one per vendor onto each pull request head, so every PR
exercises all four marks including the fallback.

Timestamps hang off each commit's own clock rather than wall-clock, or a
checkpoint on a day-old commit reads as "1 minute ago". Session ids are
sha-derived, since the card shows only the first eight characters and a
shared prefix made every card display the same string.
