Onboarding is gated on user_profiles.username being null and the waitlist entry
being accepted, so the script clears the first, grants the second, and drops the
namespace that finishing onboarding creates. Re-runnable, so the flow can be
walked repeatedly without re-seeding.

Defaults to a dedicated throwaway account. repositories.owner_namespace_id
cascades on delete, so resetting an account that owns repositories would take
the repositories with it; the script refuses unless --force. All destructive
decisions are made before the first write, so an aborted run leaves the account
untouched rather than half-reset.
