Drop the global --radius to 2px so cards, buttons, inputs, etc. get sharp
corners. Floating popover surfaces (dialog, alert-dialog, popover, menu,
select, combobox, command) opt back into the softer radius via a new
.radius-popover utility that re-scopes --radius on the surface root.
