Google rejected the extension for requesting the unused "tabs" permission.
Also add a build script for Chromium/Edge that strips Firefox-specific
manifest fields (page_action, browser_specific_settings) which are
rejected by Chromium's MV3 validation. Bump Firefox min version to 121
(service_worker support).
