This update introduces a new `MsgRef` data class to uniquely identify messages across different connections and rooms, preventing identifier collisions. The changes include:

- Scoped message references by connection and room to ensure uniqueness.
- Updated various mappings and caches to utilize `MsgRef` for improved message tracking.
- Adjusted the XMPP client and component to handle the new stanza-id structure, including the `by` attribute for XEP-0359 compliance.

These enhancements improve the reliability of message threading and reaction handling in the bridge.
