* Restore Reveal in Finder shortcut and settings focus styling

* Bind Quit Application to ⌃⇧Q

⌘↵ now reveals in Finder, so the quit action needs its own chord. The key
guard mirrors the Actions menu row exactly and skips the compact bar, which
shows no selection to quit.

* Collapse the reveal-in-Finder rule into AppEntry

LauncherActionPolicy expressed `kind != .command` through a single-case
enum, a relocated Kind and a standalone harness. A computed property on
AppEntry gives both call sites the same one rule, keeps Kind with its owner,
and needs no entry in the AGENTS.md Foundation-only list.

Also trims the new comments down to the non-obvious: the shared-rule and
mirrors-the-menu-row notes only restated the code once the property was
named.
