The waveform resolve/download steps and the
spectral_core_matches_waveform_model_on_one_window filter clause
served the one-time waveform-equivalence gate deleted with the
waveform path (#172 PR 5); no invoked test consumes the download
anymore. Also refreshes the model-bootstrap contract doc to the
loadable-interface resolution rule and tightens knip config.
