fix(clippy): use is_some_and instead of map_or(false, ...)

Clippy's unnecessary_map_or lint flags map_or(false, |x| ...) as
simplifiable to is_some_and(|x| ...). This was failing CI on Rust
1.97+ where the lint is enabled by default.
