Davy* ci(separator): cross-target spectral candidate validation (#172 PR 4)
Validate a spectral-core catalog candidate on all five supported targets
before any stable promotion, from the openkara-models CANDIDATE channel
(stable pointer and embedded snapshot untouched):
- scripts/fetch-candidate-model.mjs resolves a spectral-core artifact
from a channel pointer: manifest bytes are SHA-256+size-verified
against the pointer before parsing (mirrors the Rust catalog client),
smallest non-deprecated artifact of the variant+interface wins
- .github/workflows/spectral-candidate.yml (workflow_dispatch): 5-target
matrix (macOS arm64/x64, Linux x64/arm64, Windows x64) running the
golden-stage suite, the real-model equivalence + streaming tests, the
cancellation/restart contract, and a measurement harness; per-target
bench JSON lands in job summaries and artifacts
- tests/phase7_spectral_bench.rs: env-gated measurement harness through
the full product path (transforms + composition + OLA + writers) in
both stem modes: artifact size, cold load, first-window, warm
median/p95, RTF, peak RSS (unix)
- tests/phase7_spectral_session.rs: interruption contract test — a
cancelled run publishes nothing and a fresh run restarts from chunk 0
(no checkpoint state exists by design, #171)
Local baseline against the published candidate (aarch64 macOS, CPU EP,
release build): cold load 0.22 s, warm median 3.59 s/window, RTF 0.80
(TwoStem) / 1.03 (FourStem, 50% overlap doubling), peak RSS 3.0 GB.
Session-identity invalidation by contract version is covered by the
model unit tests run on every target.

* fix(ci): no template interpolation inside spectral-candidate run blocks
The workflow-hygiene test forbids ${{ }} inside run: (script-injection
guard); route inputs.channel, matrix target, and step outputs through
env vars instead. Full vitest suite green locally.
